You have to express more your opinion to attract more readers, because just a video or plain text without any personal approach is not that valuable. But it is just form my point of view

Hey, are you actually listening to the podcast of our weekly radio programs? I think that's the key element you're missing here. The videos and the text, quite honestly, are just there to get you to listen in on the radio shows, which broadcast on AM radio every week.
